David R. Long, MD
Family Practice Physician
Dr. David R. Long was born in Lubbock, raised in Shallowater, and received his undergraduate from Texas Tech University. He attended Texas Tech University School of Medicine, and served his residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in the Department of Family and Community Medicine where he was Chief Resident from 2005-2006.
Dr. Long is a member of several medical societies such as Texas Medical Association, American Medical Association, and Texas Association of Family Practice.
Dr. Long is happily married to Leigh Long, and they have three children, Samuel, Jared, and Lillie Dr. Long enjoys hunting, fishing, sports and singing and is a member of Turning Point Community Church.
