• High cholesterol
• Asthma
• Acute conditions-sore throats, ears,
headache, fever, body aches
• Allergies/Cough/Sinus
• Rashes
• Stomach aches
• Strains/sprains/musculoskeletal problems
• Urine pregnancy tests
• Glucose Test (finger stick)
Immunizations/Injections:
• Will be charged separately at standard
rates
• Administration included
