Idalou Community Health Center is located on the northwest side of town in Idalou, Texas, 15 miles northeast of Lubbock. Vicki Buxkemper, CFNP is the fulltime provider at the clinic. Robert Bisbee, MD, is the medical director.

We know that illnesses aren’t part of anyone’s schedule which is why we offer patients two options when coming to the clinic. The patient may either choose to make an appointment or drop by the clinic as a walk-in patient. We welcome most commercial insurances, TeamChoice, Medicaid and Medicare, cash and credit cards for payment.
